After a long week at work, what better than getting involved in some adventure sports such as coasteering in some of the most breath taking coastal locations, climbing and abseiling on real rock, mountain biking on some of the most exhilarating routes in the UK, night navigation, canoeing and many more options all supported and coached by our highly experienced and qualified staff.

No previous experience required, just loads of enthusiasm and we will show you how exciting the outdoors can be.

Ideal for a group of friends, colleagues or just bring yourself along and meet like minded people.

Cost £190 per person (Minimum 6 participants)

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Full activity programme includes:

Coaching and leadership;
Provision of clothing and equipment and Specialist Safety Gear;
Accommodation (usually shared);
Food, including meal on arrival;
Individual feedback/certificates;
All in-course transport.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
Transport to and from Wales, however transport can be arranged.
